Welcome to the Village of Raintree in Charlotte, NC!

The Village of Raintree is a cooperative maintenance organization comprised of several neighborhood homeowners associations located in South Charlotte. Each association within the Village of Raintree has its own unique character and history.

If you are a homeowner or resident in the VOR community, please log in on the right-hand side to access the members-only pages of the website where you will find association documents, surveys, newsletters and automatic email updates.

Now celebrating 40+ years! Our community offers contemporary and traditional architectures, diverse middle and upper class homes, access to some of the city's best public schools, several convenient nearby shopping centers, an integrated country club with two 18-hole golf courses and one of the lowest crime rates in the city.

Each association within the Village of Raintree has neighborhood covenants, bylaws and various governing committees. To maintain integrity, beauty and value of our neighborhood, every resident, both owner and renter must abide by the standards set forth within each homeowners association. There are seven legally separate HOAs that are part of the original Village of Raintree zoned planned unit development (PUD). These include:
Raintree ~ Deerpark ~ Raintree South ~ Raintree Greens ~ Raintree Lakes ~ Timberidge ~ Williamsburg

The Raintree and Raintree South HOAs have sub-associations or committees located within them.
Please note: there are ample opportunities for residents to volunteer for various city and county advisory councils or sign up for department email updates. All residents are encouraged to participate and keep informed for the benefit of our neighborhood.
Additionally, some nearby or adjacent neighborhoods or homes are in the Raintree vicinity, but are not affiliated. Providence Colony, Arbourgate, Holly Hills Farm and Rainbow Forest are not affiliated with VOR and do not include access to VOR common areas nor waived initiation to the club. If you live in these areas, please contact your association for information.

The beautiful Raintree Country Club is HOA-owned; however, separately managed. The Club is a central highlight to the character of our neighborhood.

Many homes included in the Village of Raintree qualify for waived initiation fees
and limited club dues increases, which offers a unique advantage to our homeowers! The course is known for some of the best greens in Charlotte and reasonable rates in all membership categories. The Clubhouse has an appealing contemporary look reminiscent of coastal resorts such as Sea Pines, Hilton Head and Kiawah Island. RCC also offers dining and banquet services. There are many recreational programs for all ages. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this great amenity within walking distance from home!
More information about the club can be found at www.raintreecountryclub.org
