The Village of Raintree is a cooperative maintenance organization comprised of seven neighborhood homeowners associations located in South Charlotte. Each association within the Village of Raintree has its own unique character and history.

Now celebrating 50+ years! Our community offers contemporary and traditional architectures, a diverse community and access to some of the city’s best public schools. VIllage of Raintree is convenient to nearby shopping, restaurants, greenway and Raintree Country Club.

Additionally, some nearby or adjacent neighborhoods or homes are in the Village of Raintree but are not affiliated with the neighborhood. Providence Colony, Arbourgate, Holly Hills Farm and Rainbow Forest are not affiliated with VOR and do not include access to VOR common areas nor waived initiation to the club. If you live in these areas, please contact your HOA  for information.
