Welcome to the Village of Raintree in Charlotte, NC!

The Village of Raintree is a cooperative maintenance organization comprised of several neighborhood homeowners associations located in South Charlotte. Each association within the Village of Raintree has its own unique character and history.

Now celebrating 40+ years!
Our community offers contemporary and traditional architectures, diverse middle and upper class homes, access to some of the city's best public schools, several convenient nearby shopping centers, an integrated country club with two 18-hole golf courses and one of the lowest crime rates in the city.

Each association within the Village of Raintree has neighborhood covenants, bylaws and various governing committees. To maintain integrity, beauty and value of our neighborhood, every resident, both owner and renter must abide by the standards set forth within each homeowners association.

There are seven legally separate HOAs that are part of the original Village of Raintree zoned planned unit development (PUD). These include:
Raintree,Deerpark, Raintree South, Raintree Greens, Raintree Lakes, Timberidge and Williamsburg
Each of these HOAs may have sub-associationss or committees.

The beautiful Raintree Country Club is HOA-owned, but separately managed. The club is central to the character of our neighborhood.

Many homes included in the Village of Raintree qualify for waived initiation fees
which offers a unique advantage to living here!

The course is known for some of the best greens in Charlotte and reasonable rates. The club house has an appealing contemporary look  reminiscent of coastal resorts such as Sea Pines, Hilton Head and Kiawah Island. The club offers dining and banquet services. There are many recreational programs for all ages. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this great amenity within walking distance from home!

More information about the club can be found at www.raintreecountryclub.org
